ENYS MEN (Dir. Mark Jenkin, 2022)

Field Work is about beginning in place, your place. Rural, coastal, local, specific. It’s about building from where you already are, seeing that context not as limitation but as material, perspective, centre.
Field Work is a 24-week online programme comprising group sessions, guest speakers, individual one-to-one mentoring sessions that will develop your industry knowledge and business skills base; developing a specific project in this context.
The programme includes Field Notes, a 5-day in-person residency to deepen your understanding, creative instincts & approaches, communication and problem-solving skills.
The programme will be led by Cornish producer Denzil Monk and the Bosena team. Dyski’s Dion Star will lead the residency. Invited industry guests will support throughout.

THE WITCH (short) (Dir. Joshua James Richards, 2026)
<aside>
This programme needs to happen now as there are not enough rural and coastal voices in this industry in the UK, everything gets filtered through a centralising, urban lens.
This programme has the potential to make a real change, an improvement to this industry.

Field Work is delivered by Bosena, in association with Dyski, supported by the BFI National Lottery Creative Challenge Fund, awarding National Lottery Good Cause funding.
